Yuanda Steel Group has steel production equipment from Germany with high input and great access into the steel board industry. With an area of over 1400 mu, a registered capital of RMB 60 million and more than 1400 employees, it integrates research, production, and operation, has China\'s most advanced 14 production lines of pickling, cold-rolled board, hot-dip galvanized board, prepainted steel board, etc. and is one of the steel producers with the production capacity up to 1 million tons in North China. The galvanized board production line is the first to assort with finishing machine among China\'s private enterprises, uses the most internationally advanced galvanizing process, and employs the Germany automatic DC and corrective control systems. It can produce the high-quality galvanized boards and aluminum-zinc foil boards 750mm – 1,250mm wide and 0.2mm - 0.12mm thick, with an annual 300,000 tons of quality hot-dip galvanized boards. To ensure stable production, the company, from 2008, invested and built the 800,000-ton pickling rolled coil production line, the 800,000-ton 20-roller precision cold-rolled board production line, and 400,000-ton prepainted coil production line, and formed the integrated industrial scale of \"pickling - cold rolling - galvanizing - prepainting\".
